Human Body Project (again).

Today Oscar and I finished his human body project. Oscar learnt about the muscular system, the three different types of muscles, how many muscles are in the human body, and how muscles work.

Then we learnt about the respiratory system and how our lungs work and how our bodies use the oxygen we breath.

Next was the skeletal system, Oscar learnt about what our bones are made of, how many bones we have and which are the smallest and the longest.

Then finally Oscar learnt about our teeth, why children's teeth fall out to be replaced with adult teeth and how many teeth children and adults have.

After lunch we made this skeleton model,

Then we read these books together.

Then Oscar had a taekwondo lesson before dinner and bed.

A very productive day.
