Busy, busy, busy.

Yesterday we went to our home ed group where the children made autumn leaf lanterns.
Oscar glued lots of little pieces of tissue paper to the inside of a glass then we just added a tea light when we got home. He is very pleased with the results.

After making the lantern there was time for some lunch and a play followed by some dance a movement. Then we raced off to his swimming lesson and finally one of friends the swims with came back to our house for tea.
Oscar loves Tuesdays.

Today we went to our Latin group where Oscar learnt how to recognise masculine and feminine Latin words.
When we got home Oscar painted a car money box and made a card for his Uncles Birthday on Friday.

I'm really proud of the effort he put in with his writing.

Then there was some time for a couple of stories from this lovely book we found.
Today we read The Magic Porridge Pot (a Swedish folk tale) and Twelve Dancing Princesses and The Frog Prince by the Brothers Grimm.

Then Oscar went to St. Johns Ambulance where they are working towards their entertainment badge and Oscar is loving putting on little shows and playing a variety of musical instruments. As well as learning about first aid.
