Ok so it's been a while since I blogged, no real reason for stopping, life just got in the way for a while.
I thought returning from our holiday would be a good time to get back to it as I have lots of lovely photos to share.
We spent a few days in Falmouth with our good friends Andy and Milena.
On our first day the weather was beautiful so obviously we had to go to the beach complete with paddling,
sandcastles,
and sifting for fossils.
When Oscar spotted this bouncy slide type thing he disappeared and all we could find was his shoes....
.....apparently bouncing and sliding is a lot of fun!
The following day we took a bus to Gweek where we visited the seal sanctuary.
The sanctuary is out in the middle of the countryside so we were surrounded by stunning views.
We got to watch the seals being fed.
We had to keep an eye out for gulls who were rather keen to try and get the fish.
We also got to see some penguins.
Oscar's favorite seal was this guy called Happy Face.
Being in Cornwall we had to have a cream tea.
On our last day we hired a boat which was a really wonderful experience.
Oscar loved it!
Steering the boat was Oscar's favorite part of the whole holiday.
Before coming home we thought it was important to try a cornish pasty.
We all had a great time in Falmouth and can't thank Andy and Milena enough for letting us join them.
We are now busy planning next years holiday.
